Acai berries are stocked with super antioxidants to prevent cancer and keep your cells functioning properly. Acai berries have been shown to contain more antioxidant power than other super berries such as blueberries and cranberries. It may be difficult to find whole acai berries, so this smoothie recipe calls for acai berry juice, which is readily available at the grocery store. Chia seeds also have been touted to provide a slew of health benefits, but it comes down to the old nutritionist’s adage that eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds will provide all the nutrients you need. So do not limit yourself to one type of berry or seed, and enjoy this acai berry smoothie recipe.

Ingredients: 
1 cup acai berry juice
1 cup grapes
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
