This smoothie recipe is a great breakfast or dessert. Packed with 19 grams of protein, you will not be hungry for hours after drinking it! Egg protein is the most perfect protein, providing all of the essential amino acids your body needs to build and maintain muscle. Most of the protein in this smoothie is provided by powdered egg protein, but milk and yogurt are also excellent sources of protein as well as calcium. Keep blood pressure under control with your daily dose of potassium - from banana and milk. Keep your body cells healthy and energized with the antioxidant power of cocoa powder and mixed berries.

Ingredients: 
1 frozen banana
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 oz vanilla egg protein powder
1 ½ cups fat free milk
Instructions:
