100% pomegranate juice can sometimes be a little strong to drink on its own, but in this smoothie recipe it is combined with fruit and sherbet, and all you taste is the sweet goodness of antioxidant power. Pomegranates are known as super fruits because of the antioxidant content and studies have shown that they help blood flow and may help prevent and/or treat heart disease. When you add raspberries and blueberries (also high in antioxidants) to the mix, you have a cancer prevention cocktail. Enjoy this sweet smoothie recipe and allow yourself to reap the rewards of good health.

Ingredients: 
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup raspberry sherbet
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
Instructions:
