A popular recipe from Brazil that many people make in the summer. A friend of mine lived there for two years and raves about them! Although avocados are high in fat they are a health omega 3 fat, and avocados provide wide ranging anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits as well as making your skin look great!

Ingredients: 
1 avocado
3 cups milk
4 tablespoons sugar (or other sweetner like honey)
1 cup ice (optional)
Instructions: 
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in order of the listed ingredients.
  2. Blend until perfect consistency is achieved.
