This is a mild tasting, brightly colored smoothie that supplies vitamin A, which strengthens skin cells and reduces sebum, an oil-producing substance. This smoothie also has Vitamin E, which helps protect the skin from damage by free radicals. Additionally, the recipe has healthy fats to give you the building blocks needed for continued skin renewal.

Ingredients: 
1 cucumber
1 tbsp flax seed oil
1/2 cup frozen broccoli
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup carrot juice
