The yogurt gives the creamy feel of cream cheese – another good combo with celery. This smoothie recipe makes a great lunch for dieters with 238 calories and plenty of protein and healthy fats to make you feel satisfied for hours. Peanut butter is high in monounsaturated fatty acids and resveretrol, which are both thought to improve the ratio of HDL to LDL cholesterol, protecting you from cardiovascular disease. Ingredients:
4 celery stalks
1 apple
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
