Keep skin healthy in summer or winter with the complexion-enhancing benefits of cucumbers. Add mint to the mix to fight bad bacteria and cellular oxidation. Mint has also been shown to relieve symptoms of IBS, and to keep airways open for smooth breathing. Overall, this smoothie is very low in calories and carbohydrates, and an excellent source of vitamin C.

Ingredients: 
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn into small pieces
2 cups cubed honey dew melon
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: 1 oz cucumber vodka to make this mocktail a cocktail
Instructions: 
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order of items listed.
  2. Garnish with a mint sprig.
