’Tis the season! Tie one on with this versatile, healthy rendition of traditional eggnog. The tartness of the plain yogurt complements the eggnog perfectly giving the smoothie a mild eggnog flavor while providing probiotics to keep your GI tract healthy. This smoothie recipe has about 250 calories without alcohol and about 350 with alcohol, so if you are watching calories, use this as a dessert or treat. Do not forget the nutmeg as a garnish on top.
