This nutritious smoothie incorporates super greens along with fruit and coconut milk to provide a potent dose of antioxidants. Kale and spinach are super heroes of the vegetable world providing everything your cells need to function optimally. Coconut milk is high in medium-chain triglycerides, fats that provides energy for the body, and does not accumulate in the organs. Fat also provides a feeling of fullness, so this smoothie is really a meal in itself.

1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup apple juice

1 cup frozen mixed berries
