This amazing, health-giving green smoothie contains almost all known vitamins and minerals. It is an excellent source of potassium, which keeps the heart functioning properly. Grapes are a good source of manganese, which helps keep blood sugar under control and supports thyroid function. Spinach is among the super green vegetables, a natural multivitamin and mineral in itself, it protects against cancer and inflammation. Apples are known for their high soluble fiber content, which has a cholesterol-lowering effect, and yogurt provides calcium to keep bones strong.

Ingredients: 
1 banana, peeled
1 cup green grapes
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
½ granny smith apple, chopped
1 ½ cups spinach
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
