This smoothie is full of antioxidant power, and it surprisingly tastes great with the combination of green vegetables, nutty flaxseeds, wheat germ, sweet apples and pineapple juice. The garlic adds another spicy dimension that has been called addictive! It is very high in vitamins A and C, which both protect the skin. It is very high in manganese, which has strong antioxidant properties in the body. Our cancer prevention smoothie recipe is also high in fiber to protect the colon, potassium to protect the heart, magnesium to protect the bones, and vitamin B6 to protect the nervous system. Ingredients: 
1/2 apple
1 cup broccoli
1 cup baby kale leaves
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup ice cubes
