If you have oranges in refrigerator that are high in pulp and not very tasty to eat, juice them and use that fresh juice for this recipe. Or you could try throwing the entire orange in – minus the skin and seeds.
- 3 carrots, washed and chopped
- 10 oz canned pumpkin
- 1 ½ cups fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- Add all ingredients to the blender in the order of items listed.
