A great way to incorporate fruit into your family’s dessert, this smoothie will satisfy your sweet craving while providing two and a half fruit servings. Most national nutrition recommendations call for at least two to three servings of fruit daily for an average adult, and basically as many vegetables as you can eat (5-8 servings daily). So eat plenty of vegetables with each meal and have this smoothie for dessert to meet your nutrition goals.
