This recipe should taste like a peanut butter milk shake with a smooth hint of bananas. You can swap out the vanilla protein powder for chocolate to give it more of a chocolaty flavor. Our peanut butter smoothie recipe is a perfect alternative to something like Reese's peanut butter cups without all the saturated fat and guilt.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of soy milk (or dairy milk)
1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder (1/8 cup)
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 whole banana (preferably frozen)
4 cubes of ice
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in order of the listed ingredients.
  2. Blend until perfect consistency is achieved.
Tips:
For advice on the best blending technique read our How to Make a Smoothie page.
