The perfect post-workout beverage should include carbohydrates, sodium, potassium and protein. Hence, the Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie! Enjoy the classic pina colada blend with an egg protein twist. You do not even notice the flavor of the egg protein. This is a purely tropical tasting smoothie that is perfect for cooling off after working up a sweat.

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 cups pineapple
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 oz 100% egg protein
3 cups coconut water
1 cup ice cubes
