This is a special holiday recipe because it is one of the few recipes we have that contains added sugar. Our pumpkin smoothie recipe should taste just like smooth iced pumpkin pie. If you can perfect this recipe you'll be able to surprise the whole family come Thanksgiving with an alternative to the normal boring pumpkin pie.

Ingredients: 
1 cup of soy milk (or dairy milk)
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (1/16 cup)
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
6 cubes of ice
Instructions: 
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender in order of the listed ingredients.
  2. Blend until perfect consistency is achieved.
