This smoothie recipe is a little nontraditional and contains the commercial beverage Red Bull with caffeine and taurine, which have been shown in some studies to enhance athletic performance and to improve concentration. One of nature’s most abundant energy sources are carbohydrates, so to enhance the energy beverage, this recipe includes fruits that are high in carbs. Also, water is important to keep blood pressure up and blood flowing, so the fruits in this smoothie are also high in water. Red Bull contains added B vitamins, which enhance cellular energy production. You will not believe how good this smoothie tastes!

Ingredients: 
1 can (12oz) Red Bull energy drink
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 orange, peeled
1 cup watermelon
1 cup grapes
Instructions:
