For a spicy cool treat, try this Italian-food-inspired smoothie recipe. Call this recipe the V-6 if you like, since it contains six healthy ingredients to rev up your day. Ingredients:

1 tbsp oregano
1 carrot
1 clove garlic
1/4 cucumber
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
